Advancing Sino-European VET Cooperation

EU–China Skills is a platform for vocational programme partnerships and faculty development between Chinese and European institutions. Germany is a priority country for partnership development within a Europe-wide remit. Partners are selected according to subject alignment, quality requirements and delivery capacity.

The platform coordinates needs assessment, institutional selection and subject matching; convenes academic discussions on curriculum and practical training; and coordinates faculty, funding arrangements and delivery timescales. Academic and teaching matters are jointly led by the institutions, with project coordination and implementation support provided by the platform.

Operator: Hyde Lee Investment Holdings Limited, Ireland. Founded by Maggie Lee, the platform defines the scope, fees and responsibilities of each education cooperation project through specific agreements.

Institutional relationships are presented only after formal confirmation and permission to publish. Projects are developed through direct institutional discussions, with relevant materials shared for each project.
